Greg was more than willing to go out of his way to help us in finding our first house. I have known and worked with Greg for 6 years now. He helped me sell an income property in Aurora in 2007 after it sat on the market unsold for 6 months (I should have said a 'no income property'). His knowledge of market trends and pricing helped relieve me of this financial burden, and not a moment too soon, as the market collapsed shortly after and housing prices hit rock-bottom.
Last year, I decided to take advantage of low interest rates and purchase a home. I was living in a third-story condo, and I invited Greg over to give me a market appraisal and determine a list price.
